These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services, software, and websites (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Romanh Tech LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (File No. 3087069), headquartered at: 1209 Mountain Road PL NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA (“RomanH”, “we”, “us”, or “the Company”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use RomanH services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the full legal capacity to enter into this agreement and abide by its terms.

You agree to use RomanH services only for lawful and legitimate purposes. You are expressly prohibited from:

• Violating any applicable laws or official Meta/WhatsApp Business Policies.
• Sending spam, unauthorized mass messaging, or content that violates communication standards.
• Infringing on the intellectual property or legal rights of any third party.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the security or performance of the Services.

RomanH acts as a technical interface to connect with the WhatsApp Business API. You acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any decisions made by Meta, including account bans, policy changes, or adjustments to their messaging fees.

 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use.

• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the billing cycle.
• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made.

Refund Policy: RomanH offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions (first-time purchases only).

• Exclusions: Refunds do NOT apply to WhatsApp Conversation Credits that have been consumed or pre-paid to third-party providers (Meta), as these costs are non-refundable from the source.
• How to Request: To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] with your account details.You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

The collection and processing of your data are governed by our Privacy Policy. We maintain strict security standards; we do not sell or share your customer data with third parties, and you remain the sole owner of your data.

All content, software, designs, trademarks, and logos displayed on RomanH are our property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services without prior written consent.

We strive to ensure continuous service; however, temporary outages may occur for technical or operational reasons. We reserve the right to update or modify any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately if you violate any of these Terms or if we notice any suspicious activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately without further obligation from us.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RomanH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. The courts of New Mexico shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
