By accessing our services, you agree to this Policy and our practices regarding your personal data.

Romanh manages data security internally and applies industry-standard protection measures, including:

• Encryption: SSL/TLS encryption for data transmission and storage.
• Secure Infrastructure: Secure cloud servers with strict and limited access controls.
• Monitoring: Regular security audits and monitoring to ensure system stability and safety.

• Website Visitors: We collect standard information such as browser type, language, referring site, timestamps, and IP addresses for security purposes and usage trend analysis.
• Self-Managed Instances: For self-hosted deployments, we may collect anonymous usage data (you can disable this tracking in the app settings).
• Personal Information: Name, email, and organization details provided voluntarily during registration or support requests. We do not collect sensitive data (e.g., health or religion); if you choose to store such data, it is at your own risk.

When using our app with Meta APIs, we collect data based on granted permissions: (Name, Email, Profile Picture, Pages, and Messages). Permissions & Purposes:

• pages_show_list: To fetch the list of pages you manage.
• pages_messaging: To enable sending and receiving page messages.
• pages_manage_metadata: To receive real-time Messenger notifications.
• business_management: To confirm page ownership via Business Manager.
• business_asset_user_profile_access: To view customer identities within Romanh. We do not sell, rent, or share Facebook data with third parties for marketing purposes.

 As a Romanh user, you are the “Data Controller” of your customers’ data. Romanh acts solely as a “Data Processor.” We store and process messages on your behalf to run automation and AI, and we do not use this data for any other purposes.

We comply with global privacy standards. Our data processing is based on:

• Contract Performance: To provide the requested service.
• Legitimate Interest: To improve platform performance and prevent fraud.
• Explicit Consent: For marketing emails (which you can opt-out of at any time).

We share personal data only with employees and contractors bound by confidentiality agreements, or with legal authorities when strictly necessary.

 Data is primarily stored and processed in the United States. We use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses for GDPR) when transferring data internationally.

We use cookies and third-party analytics to improve performance and user experience. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may be affected.

 You may receive administrative or product-related messages. Marketing emails are optional and include an unsubscribe link. We may publish anonymous feedback to help other users.

We retain personal data as long as necessary to provide services or comply with legal requirements. Public contributions may remain visible after account deletion.

• Refunds: A 30-day refund policy applies to new subscriptions via [email protected].
• Exclusions: Consumed WhatsApp credits or fees paid to Meta are non-refundable.
• Cancellations: You can cancel at any time via the dashboard; it takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

• Age Limit: Romanh services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or 16 in certain GDPR jurisdictions).
• Deletion Policy: If we discover we have accidentally collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child provided us with data, please contact us at [email protected].
